October 2022 starts one of the most challenging periods of the year. The first half of the month is characterised by increasing tension. Misinformation, uncertainty, falsehoods, and various ‘moves behind the scenes’ create an atmosphere of general distrust at the beginning of the month. Information received during this period should be taken with a pinch of salt. Multiplied by fears, highly uneven emotional dynamics, and weakened cognitive abilities chance of impulsive destructive conduct is very high.
Unreasonable feisty ambitions can lead to extravagant moves. It’s easy to overestimate one’s resources and abilities, disgrace oneself, or simply overspend on flashy things.
Throughout October, emotions are very vivid. Whilst it brings passion into the romantic side of life and feeds creativity, it’s also easy to allow emotions to take over in other areas. The second week of the month offers a positive chance to stabilise and strengthen the relationship or establish a balanced position in certain situations.
The full moon, on the 10th, despite the questionable influence on a mental state, unveils an opportunity of finding steadiness and support.
The third week of October starts as more harmonious, but the tension is gradually rising. Personal will and desires might come in disagreement with collective needs causing irritation. The moment is most challenging for leaders of all sorts. Progressive deceleration of many processes will set to concentration and deliberation. Earlier declined traditional approach might once again become relevant.
The final stage of the conflict between old and new can be traced all through the month but, well-established traditionally oriented systems are still in favour compared to coarse, undeveloped and often inadequate new tendencies.
The ingress of Sun and Venus into Scorpio on the 23rd, adds dynamics to the atmosphere. Movement and progress in many matters will emerge, particularly in the communication and information areas.
Emotionally charged egotistical expectations will add to the general controversy coming up to Solar Eclipse on the 25th.
