Sad news about the Duke of Edinburgh swayed me to look into the natal charts of Prince William and Prince Harry.
Interestingly, both go through a very significant period at the moment.
Both, William and Harry, have transit Pluto squaring natal Pluto, an aspect, symbolising deep personal transformation in areas of life represented by Pluto in each chart. For both princes Pluto is a Xth house ruler, therefore, its transit, along with the crisis, and loss of a significant paternal figure, will bring a renewal of their own statuses and establishment of their personal identities in society.
Harry also has transit Saturn in square to natal Saturn, a time in life when reality hits you and you harvest the results of your own choices. William had the same transit about a year earlier.
Those are generational aspects, though, for brothers, those are felt stronger as they accentuate the angular houses of their charts. Harry is also at the doorstep of the second Lunar Nodes Return which emphasises the significance of the above transits for his future.
The most fascinating part, however, is that William’s birthday in 2020 fell on the day of the Solar Eclipse.

Prince William was also born on the day of the Solar Eclipse, which makes his life very sensitive to eclipses in general and more prone to the influence of fate. So the year period that started on his previous birthday might become highly significant in his destiny. The developments rooted in this period will have an impact on the years after. Evidently, certain significant events already happened for Prince William this year, but that might not be all.
It is likely, that the result of the Eclipse influence will be related, but not limited, to a relationship sphere in wide meaning (social, partner, conflict etc.), and to a personal image as a public figure. Serious inner changes are also due, though, most likely, only the chart owner will be aware of those.
